December 11, 2013, \u201cDr. Jackrit Suthakorn,\u201d BART LAB Director, \u201cDr. Nares Damrongchai,\u201d Director of Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Sciences (TCELS) of Thai Ministry of Science and Technology, \u201cProf. Prasit Palittapongarnpim,\u201d Vice President for Research of Mahidol University, and Miss Choladawan Moonjaita, BART LAB Manager visited Laboratory for Computational Sensing and Robotics (LCSR) at Johns Hopkins University. Prof. Louis L. Whitcomb (Department Chair of Hopkins Mechanical Engineering and Former LCSR Director) along with Prof. Iulian Iordachita warmly welcome and hosted a meeting to discuss the possibility on collaboration between BART LAB\u2019s new project of \u201cNational Center for Advanced Medical Robotics\u201d and Hopkins\u2019s LCSR. A facility tour through LCSR was also arranged at the end. In this opportunity, the Thai delegates had a meal with BART LAB Alumni who were currently studying their Ph.D. at Hopkins; Yuttana Itsrachaiyot, Sureerat Reaungamornrat and Pornpat Athamanolap.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
