BART LAB Represents at ACCAS 2024 in Korea

September 27-28, 2024 – Assoc. Prof. Jackrit Suthakorn served as a Session Chair for the “Computer-Aided Surgery 2” session at ACCAS 2024, held at EXCO, Daegu City, Korea. It was an honor to co-chair the session alongside Prof. Ken Masamune from Tokyo Women’s Medical University.

Following the session, Assoc. Prof. Jackrit participated in the ASCAS Board Members Annual Meeting, engaging with leading experts, including Prof. Kovit Khampitak from Khon Kaen University, renowned for developing his own surgical robot for gynecological applications.

As ACCAS marks its 20th year, discussions are underway to propose Bangkok, Thailand, as the host city for ACCAS 2027 or 2028, further strengthening the region’s role in computer-aided surgery and medical robotics.
