Mahidol BME Open House at Digital Gateway, Siam Square, Bangkok

On February 26-27, 2011, Department of Biomedical Engineering, Mahidol University held a research exhibition of the Thailand’s first class of BME undergraduate program at the Digital Gateway, Siam Square, Bangkok. The exhibition covers their senior research projects under the cooperation with Thai BME Consortium, NASTDA and TRIDI. Dr. Pairash Thajchayapong, NSTDA and Dr. Supoj Tienwut, TRIDI gave short speeches at the opening ceremony. Undergraduate students working under supervision at BART LAB also attended the exhibition. Project #1: Non-Invasive Colonocope Tracking Using Electromegnatic Field by Mr.Karat Thanaboonkong and Mr.Phipat Rata-aporn and Project #2:Haptic Interaction for Training in Basic Abdominal Wall Surgery by Ms. Nantida Nillahoot and Ms. Ratanaporn Pochanakorn
