March 21, 2007, at the First Round Thailand Intelligent Vehicle Challenge

BART LAB members have developed an Intelligent Robotic Vehicle to attend the first Thailand Intelligent Vehicle Championship. The vehicle can detect the road edge and guide itself to go along with the roadway autonomously. The vehicle has several computer vision systems, sensing systems, and an onboard processing unit (PC and ARM-7 Microcontroller). The BART LAB Vehiculum, the team’s name, has passed through the final round with the 4th rank.

BART LAB Vehiculum team includes Teerapong, Auranuch Lorasakul, Alisa Kunapinun, and Suratana Jantarajitbest under the guidance of Dr. Jackrit Suthakorn, and additionally help from other BART LAB members (Syed Saqib, Watcharawit Saenupo, Chawaphol Derekwattana, Fontip Sagonwimon, and Woratit Onprasert .)
