On June 4, 2009, BART LAB Rescue Team won SICE Award and The 1st Runner Rup at RoboCup Japan Open 2009, BART LAB Rescue Team was supported by ThaiCom Foundation which under support by Yingluck Shinawatra as Secretary General of ThaiCom Foundation.
BART LAB Rescue Robotics Team, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University were awarded second place during the Rescue League, RoboCup Japan Open, 2009; their success was graciously acknowledged by Yingluck Shinawatra. Thaicom Foundation sponsored the development of the rescue robot and Miss Poo kindly organised a celebration in honor of the success.
BART LAB Rescue Robotics Team, Faculty of Engineering, Mahidol University participated in the Rescue League of RoboCup Japan Open 2009, in Osaka. The team won second place and Best-In-Class: Autonomy. On June 23, 2009 an event was held to demonstrate the robotics technology at Ratchada meeting room, SC Park hotel.
