Tamagawa University Robotics Professors Visit BART LAB to Strengthen Ongoing Collaboration

February 27, 2025 – Dr. Sansei and Dr. Nishiho, professors in robotics from Tamagawa University (Japan), visited BART LAB at Mahidol University as part of their long-standing academic exchange partnership. Tamagawa University and Mahidol have collaborated on student exchange programs and joint research activities for several years.

The visit focused on exploring future opportunities in robotics education and research, with special interest in medical robotics and cross-cultural training for engineering students.

Following the lab visit, the guests were treated to a dinner at The Bubble Restaurant, and the evening concluded with a cultural visit to Phra Pathom Chedi in Nakhon Pathom, the world’s largest stupa with a history dating back over 1,000 years.

The exchange reflects BART LAB’s continued commitment to fostering international partnerships in robotics and biomedical engineering.
