Thai Delegation Explores Biomedical Engineering Collaboration at TMDU

October 15, 2024 – A Thai delegation from NSTDA, Mahidol University, SIIT, and Kasetsart University visited Tokyo Medical and Dental University (TMDU) for discussions on potential collaborations in Biomedical Engineering. With TMDU merging into Tokyo Tech to become the Institute of Science Tokyo, the visit aimed to strengthen ties between Thailand and Japan in medical and engineering research.

Given TMDU’s strong medical focus, similar to Mahidol University, Mahidol played a leading role in fostering deeper biomedical engineering collaboration, paving the way for future joint research initiatives.
