Thailand Medical Robotics and AI Association (TMRAI) Officially Launched to Unite Academia, Industry, and Government

April 3, 2025 – The founding meeting of the Thailand Medical Robotics and AI Association (TMRAI) was held at the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB), Siam Piwat Tower, 26th floor, Siam Discovery, Bangkok. The initiative follows years of growing collaboration fostered through the International Advanced Medical Robotics Symposium (iAMRS), held in 2019, 2023, and 2024.

The event was graciously opened by Khun Jittinan Techasirin, Director of International Conference Promotion at TCEB, who welcomed participants and emphasized TCEB’s support in hosting the association’s formation meeting.

The establishment of TMRAI aims to build a national platform that connects medical robotics and AI professionals—including academic researchers, clinicians, engineers, manufacturers, and policy stakeholders—from both Thailand and abroad. The association will focus on promoting active medical devices, robotics innovations, and AI technologies in healthcare.
